1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RouteAnything (the "Service"), operated by CRM MANAGER IO, a company registered in France (SIREN: 928 427 897), with its registered office at [PLACEHOLDER — adresse] ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or connecting your HubSpot portal, you ("Customer", "you") accept these Terms in full. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of the Service
RouteAnything is a SaaS application that integrates with HubSpot CRM to automate the assignment (routing) of CRM records — including contacts, deals, tickets, and custom objects — to team members based on configurable rules (round robin, weighted, least loaded).
3. Account registration
- You must authenticate via HubSpot OAuth. We do not offer standalone account creation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account.
- One HubSpot portal corresponds to one RouteAnything account. Multiple users may access the same account with different roles (Owner, Admin, Member).
- You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

* "Unlimited" assignments are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. See section 7.
4.2 Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- Prices are displayed in EUR and USD. The billing currency is determined at checkout.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
- Overage charges (extra routed users) are calculated at the end of each billing period and invoiced with the next renewal.
4.3 Free trial
The Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, if you do not subscribe, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data and configurations are preserved.
5. Payment and refunds
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued.
- We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact us at [PLACEHOLDER — email] for refund requests.
6. Your obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Not use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Not circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent
7. Fair use and rate limits
Plans marked as "Unlimited assignments" provide high-volume assignment capacity intended for normal business use. This is not a license for unlimited API consumption.
We reserve the right to:
- Apply rate limits to protect the stability and performance of the Service for all users
- Temporarily throttle or suspend accounts that generate traffic patterns inconsistent with normal CRM operations (e.g., bulk processing millions of records in a single burst, scripted abuse, or continuous high-frequency API calls)
- Contact you to discuss your usage if it significantly exceeds normal patterns, and work together to find an appropriate solution
Current rate limits are documented in our Acceptable Use Policy. We will notify you before taking any restrictive action except in cases of clear abuse or security threats.
8. Intellectual property
- The Service, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of CRM MANAGER IO.
- You retain full ownership of your data (HubSpot CRM records, configurations, etc.).
- We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.
9. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Where we process your HubSpot CRM data on your behalf, we act as data processor under the terms of our Data Processing Agreement.
10. Service availability and SLA
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it on the Free plan.
- Enterprise plans include a custom SLA. Contact us for details.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with at least 48 hours' notice via email or in-app notification.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by HubSpot, Supabase, Vercel, or other third-party providers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not responsible for incorrect routing results caused by misconfigured rotations, HubSpot data inconsistencies, or HubSpot API downtime.
12. Suspension and termination
12.1 By you
You may disconnect RouteAnything from your HubSpot portal at any time by uninstalling the app from your HubSpot account. This will immediately revoke our access to your CRM data and deactivate all rotations.
12.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- Your account poses a security risk to the Service or other users
- You fail to pay applicable fees after reasonable notice
Except in cases of clear abuse, we will provide at least 15 days' written notice before termination. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of [PLACEHOLDER — ville du tribunal compétent], France.
